1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order through our app, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made from Carter’s Pet Market, including delivery and in-store pickup orders.

2. Product Availability

All items are subject to availability. We do our best to keep inventory up to date, but availability may vary. If an item becomes unavailable after you’ve placed your order, we’ll contact you immediately with options.

3. Pricing

All prices listed are in USD and are subject to change without notice. Prices do not include sales tax, delivery fees, or other applicable charges, which will be calculated at checkout.

4. Payment

We accept most major credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and other listed payment methods. Payment must be processed at the time of checkout. Orders are not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

5. Delivery & Pickup

  • Delivery is only available within our designated zones (check your zip code at checkout).

  • Orders are typically delivered within a 1–2 hour window, depending on time of day and order volume.

  • Carter’s Pet Market is not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, or incorrect address information.

  • In-store pickup orders must be claimed within 48 hours unless otherwise arranged.

6. Liability

Carter’s Pet Market is not liable for any misuse of products or allergic reactions. Please follow feeding and use instructions provided by the manufacturer. It is your responsibility to ensure the safety and suitability of products for your pet.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be updated here and apply to orders made after the change is posted.
