🐾 Food & Treats
We understand that pets can be picky! For that reason:
Opened bags of food or treats can be returned within 7 days of purchase if your pet doesn't like it. Please bring the original packaging and receipt.
Unopened food or treats may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.
🐶 Toys, Collars, Accessories & Other Products
We do not accept returns on used toys, collars, leashes, beds, bowls, or other pet accessories due to hygiene and safety concerns.
Unopened and unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.
📦 General Conditions
All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.
Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.
Items purchased on sale or promotion may be final sale unless otherwise noted.
Carter’s Pet Market reserves the right to refuse returns or offer store credit based on the condition of the item, frequency of returns, or other factors.
