At Carter’s Pet Market, we want both you and your pet to be happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to help—


🐾 Food & Treats

We understand that pets can be picky! For that reason:

  • Opened bags of food or treats can be returned within 7 days of purchase if your pet doesn't like it. Please bring the original packaging and receipt.

  • Unopened food or treats may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase.


🐶 Toys, Collars, Accessories & Other Products

  • We do not accept returns on used toys, collars, leashes, beds, bowls, or other pet accessories due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Unopened and unused items in original condition may be returned within 30 days for a refund or exchange.


📦 General Conditions

  • All returns must be accompanied by a valid receipt.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.

  • Items purchased on sale or promotion may be final sale unless otherwise noted.

  • Carter’s Pet Market reserves the right to refuse returns or offer store credit based on the condition of the item, frequency of returns, or other factors.
